The Gripforce.com International Shipping Policy is designed to give the best service to our international customers. Where do we ship?

Gripforce.com is proud to offer shipping services to many countries outside of the United States. Please refer to the shipping calculator in your Shopping Cart to determine whether we offer services to your country.

NOTICE: We ship to every country, except: Nigeria, Syria, Iran, and North Korea.


What shipping carriers do you provide?

We offer UPS Worldwide Express and Worldwide Expedited services to all of our international orders. Additionally, we offer UPS Standard for orders shipping to Canada.

NOTICE: Shipping costs vary by product weight and destination. Please refer to the shipping calculator in your Shopping Cart for the full shipping fee.


Are there shipping and handling costs for international orders?

As with all orders placed on Gripforce.com, there are shipping and handlings costs included in the final order total. Unless you are using our Free Shipping service and shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states), all international orders will incur shipping and handling costs. Do I have to pay customs fees for international orders?

International orders shipping from our USA warehouses will be subjectable to customs duties and/or taxes once it reaches the recipient’s country. Gripforce.com does NOT include fees for customs duties and/or taxes to any international country. Gripfoce.com also does NOT claim responsibility for the coverage of any fees incurred by a package being delivered internationally. If a package incurs any customs fees, duties, and/or taxes, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to cover these charges in full. If you need more information regarding your country’s customs policy, please contact your local post office for more details.


What is the return policy for international orders?

All international orders are subject to our 30 calendar days Returns & Exchanges policy. The return period is calculated from the date the package is shipped out, NOT the day the order is placed. For any international order to be applicable for returns and/or exchanges, the postmarked date must fall within 30 calendar days from the date of package shipment.
