1. How long will it take to receive my item?

We process orders made before 12:00pm (noon) Pacific Time on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm are processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are processed the next business day. Please refer to the map for the average shipping time to your location. We ship from two different locations: Brea, CA and Covington, GA. We are able to ship out most orders within 1-2 days with our free shipping service to 80.7% of US buyers.


U.S. Domestic Orders: The map above illustrates the average delivery time for U.S. domestic orders using our free shipping service (UPS or USPS). Please note that delivery schedules are calculated from the time the package is shipped out, NOT when the order is placed.

International Orders: Please note that delivery to international locations will vary depending on customs clearance.

2. Where do you ship from?

We have two shipping locations: one in Brea, CA and one in Covington, GA. Depending on the destination of your package, we will be shipping your order out from the closest shipping facility. Please note that sometimes, due to inventory, we may ship from either of the locations, thus, adding to deilvery time. If this is the case, we will be informing you by phone or email.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping to our customers. Please review our International Shipping page for more details on the types of services and locations. You can also use the calculator in your Shopping Cart during checkout for shipping quotes to your country.

4. What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries worldwide, with the exception of: Nigeria, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. (If you are located in any of the exempted countries, please Contact Us for more information.)

5. How much does it cost to ship my order to me?

If you reside in, or are sending your order to an address in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states), or a military APO/AFP address, then standard shipping is FREE. Otherwise, please refer to the shipping calculator in your Shopping Cart during checkout. If you don't see your country in the list, please Contact Us for more information.

6. How do I pay for my order?

We offer various payment options for your convenince: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

7. What is your return policy? accepts returns that fall within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.

8. How do I retun an item?

Step 1: Determine whether you need to return an item, or exchange an item.

- Your return or exchange request will NOT be honored without an RMA#.
